Waitlist privacy notice
This notice covers the one thing Toucan Studios OÜ collects on this site: the email address you give the launch waitlist. Toucan Studios OÜ (Estonia) is the data controller.
What is collected
Your email address, plus the date and time you submitted it.
Why, and the lawful basis
Solely to send you a single email when mentoring launches. The lawful basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it
The form is handled by Formspree, which stores submissions on Toucan Studios OÜ's behalf as a data processor. No data is sold or used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Until launch emails have been sent, or until you ask for removal — whichever is sooner. After that the waitlist is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing toucan.sg@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
